2005 Track: Placed eighth at Lehigh in the 5000 in a career-best 19:30.63...Finished the 5000 in 19:50 at the Susquehanna Invitational...Took eighth in the 5000 meters at the DeShriver Invitational in a time of 20.33.37.

2004: Placed 18th at the Husky Invitational with a time of 26:26.10...Finished 32nd in the Bison Open to kickoff the season in a time of 21:34

2003: Took 64th at the Bloomsburg Invitational in a time of 29:42...Finished the Penn State Spiked Shoe in a time of 26:44...Took 93rd overall at Lock Haven...Placed 62nd at Bucknell in a time of 25:24...Finished 47th overall for the Huskies in the JV meet at DeSales...Placed 27th, in a time of 21:53, at Mansfield.

High School: Was captain of both cross country and track teams. Was District Two champion in cross country in 2001. Also teamed up to win district title as a member of the 4 x 800 relay in team in 2001 and 2002.
